I'm still trying to figure out what was the point of them dry humping? If JT was already going out with the redhead, what was the point of this and if he wanted to cheat, why not go all the way?

It was just a strange scene to say the least.

I'm watching the film, and am on this scene right now. I believe it's because it's like he doesn't have a mind of his own, and will go along with anything - no matter what. He's not offended by Elizabeth's actions or words in earlier scenes.

Because the dry humping - no nudity, no kissing on the lips (but he kissed her forehead - wasn't nearly as intimate, and perhaps "didn't count."

Yes, there are people out there who think that sort of thing isn't REALLY cheating.

It was just a strange scene to say the least.

It was pretty abrupt, but there's a scene right before it, when Timberlake was telling Diaz' how he hates slavery (they were attending a show about Lincoln and slavery bla), and Segel comes up and shows Diaz' how easy is to manipulate Timberlake - Segel starts telling Timberlake how he hates sharks, Timberlake agrees, then Segel switches 180 degrees saying how sharks are nice though, and JT approves, and then Segel switches again saying how they're cute because they're ferocious, and Segel was just happy to go along with it.

And so Diaz figures out she could make him have sex with her. And now the freakishness of Timberlake's character is completely exposed. He's one of those loonies who consider it a sin to kiss or have intercourse outside marriage, and thinks it's totally ok to do insane stuff, as long as the penis doesn't touch the vagina, or the bodies are covered in sheets/clothes/whatever.

This movie was wicked funny.

This movie was wicked funny.

This movie was mildly entertaining (mostly thanks to Thomas Lennon's charachter) - which is a lot more than I expected from it.

Justin acted like he couldn't get enough. I'm glad that I researched dry humping after watching this scene on YouTube. When I was in community college, I managed to get a guy that I had feelings for and he had feelings for me to dry hump me like crazy away from prying eyes. For the record, not only we did that numerous times, but you have NO IDEA how good that feels. I would give anything to get a guy to do that to me again. I'm dead serious.
