There is only a brief sex scene where you see no nudity at all , and it got R rated for strong sexuality???
Well.. a depiction of rape is pretty much as "strong" as it comes. I can see why it's R.. even discounting the implied incest in the first story.

In the first story incest is clearly implied, a teenager's breasts are shown, and a woman gets taken from behind while drunk in the back of a dude's truck.
In the second story, there are 2 simulated sex scenes, though no nudity is shown.
In the third story we see two men masturbating in a shower and a gay simulated sex scene.
In the fifth story we see a simulated rape scene and then a partial repeat at the end.
There is more sexuality in this movie than in most softcore, and it deals with far more taboo subjects.
