Calling this a stupid movie would insult all existing stupid movies.

I still can't believe how bad "Annihilation Earth" was. I do not think any actor or actress could have saved it. They even messed up the ending by destroying the entire planet instead of blowing up the crust and collapsing the remainder of the planet into a black hole. Couldn’t they have at least “Googled” this? As a collector and owner of over 2500 movies, I can safely say this one will never be on my shelves. If I receive it as a gift, I will promptly toss the disc and reuse the DVD cover.

I agree... they even mention it would create a black hole, but opt to blow up the planet instead, and so quickly too... like rushing the climax... horrible movie.

Anyway, this is just a TV movie, so don't expect much. It's actually better that a lot of tv movies, I think.

This movie sullies the good name of "stupid".

All I can say to the writers, director(s) and producer(s) of those "Sy-Fy Channel VERY Original Movies" is:
I admire your ability to get paid for that.

Well, at least there were a couple pretty actresses in the cast. That's something. In some of these bad movies, we don't even get that.

what?? one hottie brunnette, and a blonde with too much collagen in her lips?

FFS, come on the lead actor cannot voice act. And not sure why we care about any of the characters or the earth for that matter.

And yeh, blackhole should have sucked this project from the beginning

I really liked this movie. The ending was good but rushed. I do agree about the explosion but my guess is that they had to have a quick ending or ran out of money.

And Xenia Seeberg doesn't have too much collagen in her lips, that's her natural lips.
