Why is "The Duke" called Johnathan Mardukas which is the same as Midnight Run (Charles Grodin's character)? The nickname was even the same!

On top of it they stole every bad cliche from other bad movies. Midnight Run was great so you at least will have a good memory for a few seconds before this insulting crap ruins it.
