Why The Low Score? Good Little Drama

I enjoyed this movie - not every film has to be a huge blockbuster to be good. The movie does have several historical inaccuracies (set pieces, uniforms for example) but those can be overlooked by the solid acting and emotion. I wish some of the subplots would've been further developed, but the main storyline is very nice albeit somewhat predictable since we've seen (or read) similar versions of war-time dramas before. I liked the characters and how real they felt. Small indie films are way underrated by the general public.

It was an excellent movie!!! And with all the awards I can't understand why it doesn't have a higher rating. I loved it. Indie movies rock!

Literally only watching it because it takes place 7 miles from my house, not bad, but the gate is wrong...that's nowhere near the old main gate, it's actually on a different highway. Noticed a couple other little things that are off too.
