Pretty awful movie but it does highlight...

the wrong direction in which society is going. People are not equal, some are more inteligent, some are stronger, some are more attractive and some all 3 (obvoiusly there are many other virtues that I dont have time to list). Too much time in modern society is spent trying to reach an unrealistic equality. People should accept this and live to the best of their ability rather than trying to bring down the more fortunate or feel that they are entitled to handouts. Nature is about survival of the fittest and too much political correctness and equality in the long run lowers the global gene pool.

Not at all. This is primarily true only in western countries.

The asian states are pushing forward with their advancement. Perhaps one day, the history of imperialism will repeat itself, but in the other direction?

Almost three years later, but yes, and well said. Equality of ability is an enforced illusion by those that would seek to control you for their own benefit. Equality of opportunity is the goal and it exists in the here and now. You just have to work harder. That, being a dirty word to some. People of all colors and creeds, do it every day.

It is impossible to force equality of outcome without destroying it for others. Where is the equality in that?
