I wonder how this mission was declassified?

There are things that I know about the first Gulf War about missions that SEALS were on that I cannot mention about and I wonder how this was declassified. There is still information about missions with SEAL TEAMS in Vietnam that have not been declassified yet.

The reason why I know this is because my father was a SEAL in Vietnam and there are things he will not tell me about.
