Did anyone else here notice ... ( some spoilers )

in this movie a TV Show reference to the Night Gallery specifically for the episode " The Tune in Dan's Cafe " ? It's the scene when Don went to Otis's home . Don sees and comments on Otis's jukebox and Otis says - ( not exact but close here ) " It only plays one song ... I don't know it maybe haunted " . Also when Otis walked towards the jukebox it went on all by itself . I thought that was most interesting perhaps the writer of this movie was a fan of NG ?
