6. Never try to refute a lame piece of evidence by opposing counsel, and instead behave as if that lame and easily refutable information cost you the case.
7. Don't put Ben Feldman in the credits as a regular cast member, even though he's in almost half of the series.
8. Decide that you want a baby all of a sudden, with no foreshadowing of it at all.
