I just watched 'Wedding Palace' on amazon instant video. Great flick! I was surprised I enjoyed it so much. I thought I recognized Margaret Cho in a role and yep, that was her! Funny!
Really, this was just the romantic film I needed to watch. So sweet and endearing.
It had its moments. Kinda spoiled by the grandparents revealing that her stature would break the curse so they were for the wedding after all.

I find some of the scenes are like Hong Kong MTV from 1980s - cheesy and so old style but I like the story. The song that she sang in the karaoke was sweet.
I must admit that i loved this flick and the breaking of curse seemed somewhat logical to me. The revelation was timed pretty well too.
