It has the potential, but the problem is.....

I love all the actors, the stories are there, but.... the direction is
contrived and the acting is forced. All the scripts need is for the
actors to breathe, and make it seem more natural with subtle pauses
between lines. Everything doesn't need to be,...punch line,...quirky
remark,...punch line. Take a step back and look at the big picture.

Perfect example: I watched tonights episode and a mother would never
talk about birth control with a hot neighbor girl, while her son is
standing there. It is not real.

You can push the envelope, but the son would be listening around a
corner, but don't show him, and then after the conversation, walking in
and acting like an stuttering idiot. That is real.

The show acts like a table reading, all that needs to happen is for it
not to be a table reading.

Like I said before, everyone needs to take a step back a breathe.

yeah youre right, it does seem like a table reading. i only watched the pool party episode, and i was cringing at the bad acting, and Bob not being able to remember his lines apparently.

they also need to have a LOT more of the hot neighbor girl Lyndsey Jolly, DAMN she is fine.
