'wouldn't it seem sort of constitutional-ish'

Okay, this is hilarious, of course poor Rachel didn't mean it that way; I find it that way though. She spends much of show bewailing the flouting of the Constitutional gray areas of executive privilege, and how George Bush is a horror for not properly respecting the Constitution.

Then, when the D.C. voting rights bill passes the Senate, and is expected to be challenged in court, because the bill gives a vote to the District of Columbia, yet DC is not a State. Which is what the Constitution requires. And this is expected to be tied up in the courts should it be enacted.

Well, Constitution? Oh, come on, she says. Isn't this one of those "constitutional-ISH" things -- you know, not something to be taken seriously.

It's pretty clear who should not be taken seriously -- poor Rachel, traded her intellectual honesty for a seat and a smirk and inane sarcasm on MSNBC.
