A WEDNESDAY IS A TRUE GEM!

A Wednesday is a gem produced by Indian cinema and gives out a strong message to the whole world. To be frank I have never ever commented on any Hindi movie before in my life. When I first heard about this movie, I never expected much from it but believe me this movie is really special. This ain't no regular masala movie with songs & dance sequences. A simple common man had the guts to question as to why always he has to be a mute spectator and suffer. The movie starts on a slow note but gets better, best and very best in its final moments. It's a hard hitter movie on terrorism which may change your mind set forever. It righteously deserves to be in top 250 or even may be in top 100. Don't forget to put it on your must watch list if you haven't watched it already.

Do watch it! Do judge it! Do Vote it!
Result = A MASTERPIECE!

I have seen a lot of film to know this film wont/cant be in the top 250 films of all time

but this is really good cinema

films like these give me hope for Indian cinema as we can forgo the moronic hero-heroine histrionics and move to intelligent films.

this is quite polished thriller along the lines of Heat or Die hard 3 without the mindless action...

very well written film

i gave it a 8/10

I agree. I hope to see more of these type of films, not necessarily on such a strong topic but more simple films with simple morals. I was desperately hoping that a song did not appear in the middle of the film because the movie obviously did not require any...but you never know. It has happened before with movies I watched and it really bugged me, can't remember the name right now.

we indians as well as most american call bas ta rd just out of pity or annoyance like

"poor bas t ar d he is so lonely"

i think the word was used in that context but mispoken by anupam kher or it was purposely so that people were led to believe that the guy is a terroist and not common man
