After watching the short (i havent watched the other ones so i can be wrong) i am starting to realize that what OP says it is a sad true. If you leave out the nazi-jew component this short becomes mediocre.

But apparently the holocaust theme still sells, even with a lot of people tired of watching the same premise over and over.
