'...Very little to photograph these days'

Ron was dead on point with that statement. Celebs back then had an iconic figure, even for something small. These celebs today have either no talent, or HAVE talent, but savvy fans make them look like gods when their really just average (need more practice). Very little celebs today i even like, i find myself still watching older movies from the 90s and earlier on. These today seem to just wanna show you this new actor/actress they think you should see(!).

Plus, celebs were pretty & handsome back then. Not today. Not today at all. And whats to look at currently? NOTHING but the old stuff (sometimes an occasional eye magnet). Really tho, whats (who) there to REALLY catch a photo in?

Times change. We can either accept that fact or choose to live in the past, as you have.

I never understood why people want pictures of celebrities so badly they are just people whos job it is to entertain us.

Celebrities are human, and that's about it. We need to just stop pretending they're something more.

I think there are too many photogrpahs, so they have become so common place that there are no surprises (ie. supply and demand). Also, the photographs are part of the "marketing" of the star and the movie, so they look like they are staged, which is what made Ron's photo's unique; they have that look of error, non-perfection, caught off guard. Also, the stars then were not "cookie cutter". None of them looked like, sang like, acted like anyone else. Ron's photos are, in fact, "stolen", which is kind of why I like them.

I love the part in the film where the young girl could not really id many of the people in the photos. :)

So far, the most intersting things are the stars without make up on. I think a few of them look much better without it!
