I give it a 20..I know that it is a harsh rating to some, but the fact the director had the camera moving around and showing random people doing things, cars driving by, noise over the people talking, etc. made the movie unwatchable. I couldn't understand half of what was being said because of the distractions...

There were good bits, but your attention was easily diverted, either by a boring philosopher or by watching people watch the speaker.
