When I saw Temple's imagery at the mention of animal husbandry, I couldn't help thinking of the narrative of the old Tom Lehrer song, In Old Mexico:

... Doctor Samuel Gall, inventor of the gall bladder ... His educational career began, interestingly enough, in agricultural school, where he majored in animal husbandry--until they caught him at it one day, [laughter] whereupon he switched to the field of medicine ...

And when she gave her paper to the man, he commented that it smelled like half the herd must have signed off on it also. She got the mental picture of a cow signing a piece of paper. That's how Temple Grandin thinks. I got such a kick how the movie makers included her mental pictures.
