My experience with the Temple Grandin school.

I live in Boulder County, 10 miles away from the school.

I was aware of Temple Grandin, and the school, and from what I knew warmed my heart.

Then I took my son to Steamfest (a convention all about science, technology, engineering, and all around creation and imagination)

Twice we were disappointed by the Temple Grandin School booth. The RC bots and gizmos were fun. There was no interaction from staff.

The staff ignored my son several times, although he would qualify to attend the school.

The purposeful "looking the other way" hurts my heart. It goes against the intention of the school.
