The Asian version was funny...this...this is bad.

I found the Asian version of this show a couple of years ago and died laughing at all the crazy hosting, jumping, and getting knocked into the water that went on during the course of the show (Human Tetris on Youtube) and the American version just doesn't have spirit that the Asian version does. (I'm sorry...I honestly can't tell the difference between the nationalities of Asian. If I sound racist, I'm sorry, but I can't.) It's not funny, they've got an assload of audience members that just stand there and cheer. The announcer sounds bored, the host probably has no idea what's going on and is naturally cheerful. Just a bad show altogether. If you like this show, watch the Asian version on Youtube.

Edit: At least when G4 brought "Ninja Warrior" (can't remember the original name) they brought the original over and subtitled it...then again, that's cable. This is regular TV.
