When Sorayas dead body was being taken in the wheelbarrow by the woman, was there only her upper half of body because it looked very small in the wheelbarrow ? Did they leave the lower half of her body in the ground where she had been stoned ?

Yes, because when they are prepared for stoning, they bury them waist deep and pat the ground hard around them so they can't pull themselves out.
