How did that happen?

There's a guy at the start who blows himself up as an alien bursts out of his chest. As much as I hate this game, that is a pretty effective horror moment, but how did it get there?

The game has a couple of effective horror moments. The sewers stand out. Makes me sad that they didn't focus more on horror than just blasting aliens most of the game. How we have yet to get an Alien survival horror game in the twenty years that the genre has existed is baffling to me.

I am half way through the game and I think it is pretty good. Not the best game but seems varied with close quarters combat earlier, then to where I am up to now outside. Also the sewer bit was good. IMO deserves more than done reviews ie more of a 6/10 rather than 2/10
