I don't think she does; Carlota will murder her before she can. Paloma will find out at the end of the series.
Edited to add: Cristobal is Paloma's father. Carlota found some way to convince Macarena that he was dead back in the day.

yea i kno that but ....i know for sure that she tells her because i saw the episode that Macarena died in...and Paloma already knew
