I missed about 6 episodes and am confused about something. I thought Carlota gave Inaki the Belladona during the engagement party. However, in a flashback I just saw Paloma was dressed as a a bride and was arriving at the church the day of her wedding. Did the Belladona kick in until then, or did Carlota somehow give Inaki some more after the engagement party.

Yes, Carlota did give Inaki belladonna during the engagement party. I don't remember a flashback but maybe Paloma was dreaming it. She did arrive at the church but Inaki never showed up. When he got home after the engagement party, he was feeling really sick, so he went to the bathroom and splashed water on his face. He then fell to the ground and wasn't found until the next day by his mother. It was too late once the medics arrived. Paloma was informed of his ill-being so she ran to his house and Inaki died beside Paloma.

You are right about it not being a flashback. It was more like Paloma remembering what had happened. Thanks for your explanation of Inaki's death. I was very upset when I realized I had missed something important.
