Holly becomes Kate! How is possible that Holly Berry changes her name, and totally re invents herself and no one recognises her? Sophie fails to spot her, neither does James. Sophie, especially as she was studying with her at university. Lots of quibbles about this drama, that one does stand out. This is the sort of thing you would see in a bad TV movie.

You don’t know Holly is Kate until around the 5th episode of a 6-episode series. And now I guess I should too.
Holly is her first name (which she abandons) and Kate is her middle name (and she uses this one) and then she is using her married last name.
And there are a lot of problems with this drama you are correct. Holly being the least of the problem and the fact that she is trying to prosecute someone she is very familiar with and how she crosses ethical boundaries. But there are other weaker parts. It is so confusing because at the end you really don’t know what consensual sex is. Definitely quibbles and definitely bad tv. Yet it is easy viewing. And poor Halle Berry.
