Rare to see a film's entire cast and crew 'get it'...

Gotta say, this is one of the rare times that I have seen an "indie" film's ENTIRE cast and crew "get it". It seems everyone is on the same page, with motivation, direction, and intent.

Often films are bogged down by little things that add up...from actors not understanding their roles, to editing slips, to just bad sound or score mixing. Not here, this film just plain got it right.

I found myself wishing that I had a popcorn and Coke while I was watching the screening. This may seem like an odd compliment, but think about it...how many times have you been able to truly sit back and be entertained while watching a "low budget" "indie" flick? I was never taken out of the film...I was truly enjoying it, no different than if I was watching a 50 million dollar studio project.

So thank you, Mother of Invention, for making me want popcorn!
