Liked the movie

Actually it was "Milt", but I agree with you. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I'm not a student of film editing, so I don't understand the significance of the hype over the process for this film--although I support the protest out of respect for the actors and the director.

I don't agree with all of the entries on this board that are trashing this movie. Nicholas Cage and Anton Yelchin were superb. Nicholas did what he does so well--playing a character who is totally dedicated to his ideals and who will do whatever it takes to defend them. Anton did one of the things he does so well--play a character who is a friend that anyone would be lucky to have.


Actors do not have a job...they have a blast!

I am not shy about dissing an N. Cage movie when it's really bad (as well as praising one I think is really good), but I found this one quite watchable (which was a relief after the last few stinkers I watched of his).

Editing was bit rough, but it held my interest & I liked the performances.

He seems to roll along on a clip with some horrid movies, and then one pops up that is actually okay or quite good.
