jus finished watching it...yup...sure did. it did have a twist i wasn't expecting. it really was a good movie and cybil shepherd was great as the bitch mom.

I did!! I haven't cried like that in AGES! Especially during a movie! I was blown away, even though I wasn't 'bought' by the 'deaf' actress, but Kent Moran cleared all that up for me. He's really so very talented, intelligent, and gifted! Too bad I can't move closer to him. ;)

I just finished watching this on Lifetime Movie Network and can't stop crying! It was so good and inspiring, but I hated for him to have to die just when they were finally going to be able to be together. So much for the dramatics! Nevertheless, it was such a good love story.

Same here. I told myself I wasn't going to finish the last 30 mins. It was bugging me and so I watched it. I am a dude and I ain't afraid to say that "God damn this movie made me cry nonstop". It touches the heart.

reply

Right on. It really does touches the heart.

This would be classified as a chick flick but I really enjoyed it. Too bad today's relationship isn't about 'love' but rather about all the things money can buy, being comfortable, showing off to others and self indulgence. I thought this movie was about love and it is something great to see and feel.

reply

No, But I don't blame anyone who did. The last 35 minutes or do were pretty rough/sad. I'm happy it didn't end on a terribly sad note.

I have just finished watching this movie. Yep, I did cry all right! Sensitive, moving, with a great male actor...who could not cry? And I believe that if you have gone through the experience of losing someone dear, this movie is like a good medicine for your soul, because it clearly gives you the feeling of not being alone out there. Darn, that awful disease takes its tribute much too often! Enjoy guys!
