I think Julie Walters is a marvellous actress and she delivered again in this incredibly moving film, as did the rest of the cast.

This film is haunting me...it was so fantastically acted - so real.

And the courage that the real Dr Turner must have had to put that glass to her lips and swallow her last drink...my goodness! What an amazing woman!

I hope Julie Walters gets an award for this performance - she really deserves it.

"I'd rather have 3 minutes of wonderful than a whole life time of nothing special".....

Couldn't agree more, an outstanding film and a truly astonishing performance from Julie Walters. Absolutely heart-wrenching in the extreme, still haunts me months after first seeing it.

Julie Walters deserves to sweep the award boards for this.
