On TV right now. Looks like the pacifier but less engaging. Vin Diesel is a big dude, him running after kids is classic 'fish out of water' comedy.
Jackie Chan just looks like an old chinese guy who is doing the only job his visa will allow him. I don't see the comedy in it.
I agree the movie sucks but what you said is a tad racist, of course you think its different compared to vin diesel. Jackie chan has a strong accent when speaking in english, he can kind of get away with it in action films but this his playing a really nice guy. He doesn't have noticable huge muscles unless in a singlet/muscle shirt. You should see him in 'police story' in the 80's in the scene when his cutting a wire around his neck to remove a bomb vest. vin diesel is tall so its just another western movie cliche comedy i.e action hero in pg13 type of movie (eg. kindergarten cop) so i think you need to cut jackie chan some slack
you can't blame him for a horrid cast with horrible acting, the kids were horrid in acting and so is everyone else, its beyond pg13, it wouldn't be even entertaining for kids. The reason why jackie probably took this role because america has brainwash the world in thinking the only way to make it is to go to the states, so people will take ANY role if its in america/hollywood.
