How do u connect to xbox live?

share1.) Your XBox has to be connected to the internet somehow either by physical cable or an ~$80 wireless adapter.
2.) You need an XBox Live account, which you'll be able to set up from your XBox.
3.) To actually play games online, you'll need to upgrade from Silver to Gold. A Silver account is free, Gold you have to pay for.
