I could see from the cast that this would be worth watching to see how they handled the subject matter. Full marks all round for the wonderful character portrayals. Biggest surprise of all was the excellent job done by Johnny Knoxville who I hadn't cared much for, up until I saw this little gem of a movie.

Yeah considering the rather mixed to poor reception I wasn't expecting too much when I saw it on Netflix but it's one of the most surprising films I seen that is actually pretty decent, I'd give it a 7/10 personally because it wasn't perfect and the end basically took away any form of ambiguity and subtlety from the film but the end did grab me emotionally. I think some of the characters however were a little too underdeveloped for me to really care and the humor essentially stops after the middle, Overall i liked it and the soundtrack's awesome.
