Help me out here. Deb fills Papi in on the entire situation, except she denies knowing where the money actually is. She implies Quince moved with it. This is odd because 1. Given the (weak) hiding spot where Denzel finds the money, she definitely knew where it was. 2. Knowledge of the whereabouts of the cash (if leveraged smartly) could've probably saved her life.
So, what am i missing here?

I agree with you over everything except she thought it was still on the base. Once she realised it had been moved off, she knew she had nothing left with which to deal and felt she deserved etc.🐭
