So we find out what happened to those beloved clone characters.

I'm not trying to be sarcastic, but I really don't understand the question. I mean, why is any tv show NEEDED? Why is any movie NEEDED? (They're not.)

That doesn't mean I don't WANT certain shows and movies.

I love Star Wars, and I'm generally excited to see any new ideas set in that universe. I'm ashamed to say I wasn't really thinking of giving the Mandalorian a try. It didn't capture my interest. But then I saw all the Baby Yoda memes, and my curiosity got the better of me. Boy was I wrong not to at least give the show a try. Love it! (and not just because of Grogu).

If you're not interested, just don't watch it. But to ask why it is NEEDED? I just don't get it.
