Not that bad. Better than continuing that stupid X-Men franchise.

I honestly enjoyed it.

You're not a fan of the X-Men? Yeah. I think Marvel Studios should wait a few years before doing them again but I do want to see different stuff from the comics that hasn't been done yet.

reply

It’s not that I’m not a fan...but enough is enough.

reply

Would you change your mind if they used Arcade or Mojovision in the first movie?

reply

It’s a dead horse.

And some loser studio simply wants to continue beating it when all they’re doing is desperately riding the coattails of the rest of the Marvel universe.

If the only thing you can come up with is Magneto as far as conflict for the X-Men then I understand why you think its a dead horse. Thats typically how it worked for Fox because they were so limited by license. In the hands of the MCU it is completely new territory. They have free reign to take whatever story from the comics and put it on screen. What have the X-Men movies done that is so fantastic? Not much. Its just Magneto, some time travel, and a couple lukewarm battles with the Dark Phoenix. To say there is nowhere else to go is being extremely short-sighted.

That’s just it:
They went from “Days of Future Past”....to “Logan”...to...

What the fuck, we’ll start all over.

Lame...

reply

Still not sure what your point is. Batman went from Joker to Catwoman/Penguin to Two-Face/Riddler to Poison Ivy/Dr. Freeze to...

We'll start over with Ra's al Ghul and Scarecrow.

reply

Yeah...but they improved Batman by taking it seriously(all that going to hell now that Mr. Twilight has taken the role).

These airheads just reinvented the wheel.

And nobody really gives a sh*t.

reply

entertaining, but not that great.

The X-Men have been hit or miss. Sometimes pretty good, like X-Men: First Class. Dark Phoenix looks like it will be good too.

reply

Actually its pretty bad.
