It is a Christian film, produced by Faith Films. They make references to Scripture and the kids are part of church choirs. The theme is 'working together', but that isn't exclusively a Christian message.
However, this film is so poorly made I cannot recommend it. From horrible acting, abrupt editing, and amateur cinematography, this movie is one of the worst I've seen. In creating a story, each scene should have a purpose. Yet what was the purpose of Savannah's dad helping her study biology or Savannah and Zach in cooking class?? Waste of scenes and film.
I do have to say it has one redeeming qualtiy: which is the actor who plays Zachery. He can sing and dance. But all others make this movie what it is - a poorly made film.
