A film made by Hindus about 'Muslims'!
Some nerve, Honour Killings are down to culture not religion! How about that lady make a movie about Hindu culture, killing millions of innocent newborns every year because they are female. Shame!

shareNow I'm anything but an apologist for any form of medieval religious practises, finding them all equally repugnant. However the film is quite right in its portrayal of this disgraceful practise as anything but religious.
This disgusting cultural practise is common to many religious and cult groups within the levant and south asian regions. Being reinforced by the more backward, repressive (read here fundamentalist) zealots doesn't help either.
Yet another example of the evil and moral corruption endemic in ALL religion.
