Question about the man with the glasses *SPOILERS*

Do you think he was actually a Ker in disguise, thus there were in fact two Keres instead of one? I'm just asking because near the end, the man's left hand (the one that wrapped around the mother with the baby) looks very similar to that of the Ker that's reflected in his glasses, thus implying that he's actually one of the Keres in disguise.
