Will It Be On U.S. TV?

We'd like to see it too!

I have no idea how these single dramas get exported round the world, if at all. I know the mainstream, FCC regulated networks would demand very harsh cuts to language, but with this kind of niche programming, it would have to go to one of the more serious subscription channels anyway.

It's still on Channel 4's 4OD website but I imagine non UK viewers might be banned from that just like the BBC iPlayer. http://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-unloved/episode-guide/series-1/ episode-1
There has been a DVD release which is quite cheap here, but will be locked to Region 2 and importing it would be relatively pricey. http://www.amazon.com/Unloved-Dihos-agapi-NON-USA-FORMAT/dp/B003O9RH4G /ref=sr_1_1?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1280059359&sr=1-1
Look, let's be honest here. If you really want to see it, you can. And I don't think a SWAT team will be bashing your door down anytime soon.

"And no regrets?"

This film is also on Netflex stream and you can rent the DVD through Netflex.

true, I saw it on Netflix last month - it's the only way I can see anything remotely entertaining. American television is severely limited when it comes to actually worth watching.

I agree. I'm glad that you got to see it on Netflix.
