No less than three times in the movie are people seen urinating while having a heart-felt discussion with someone else. What is this, poor bladder control?! Or maybe the director's kink fetish?

It's a good action western if you can get past some of the lame dialog. And one of the people is doing her urination in an open room full of people. She must have a bedpan or something.

Even classic Westerns do this. Maury Chaykin says "I just pissed his pants" before shooting himself in Dances With The Wolves. Not as bad as getting shot while talking a dump in an outhouse like in The Unforgiven.

Besides the scene with Peter Dinklage, there aren't any other parts where people pee and talk.
If you're thinking of the scene where Early is standing away from Champ and the car and talking about the dead mother, he's not peeing, he's just standing there looking away from Champ because he's upset at him.
The other scene I think you referred to is where Bruja is sitting with her legs spread as she plots her next move. I never got the impression she was peeing, just sitting weird. But she's a weird character, so I dunno.
