YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! !!!

I am sooooooo happy this is being made! I love the Kids in the Hall and can't wait to see this. They proved they've still got it with Car *beep* and Let's Rape Kevin.

Indeed. I don't even know any plot details of the film and I still can't wait.

I heard its going to be aired down here in the USA too! (after its aired in Canada of course). I just wish the Trailer Park Boys would start to be aired down here too, not that it REALLY matters to me because I picked up all the TPB DVDs when I was up in Vancouver. Canada is such a great country in so many ways, not to mention its beautiful up there too!

I was searching through my Verizon FIOS for KITH - looking for Brain Candy, when I saw this show listed (Death comes to town).

I've always thought he Kids were a hit or miss group - mostly they "hit" with comedy, but sometimes they missed. And many times, they missed BADLY.

now that you've seen it, did you enjoy it? I really wanted to, but this was just so unfunny it was sad. Bruce McCullough - I guess he's Canada's verision of Jerry Lewis in France - he does the same old schtick over and over (and it stops being funny after two times) but the French just keep laughing.

The Canadian folks who performed in SCTV are shaking their heads and asking, "what happened to Canadian Comics?"

This is one of the funniest things i've seen in a long while. None of it's laugh out loud funny like with the old show. But it's a long, simmering likeable funny that really worked for me. I thought the characters were brilliant and nuanced, I thought there was a level of subtle satire the Kids have never achieved before. It was really terrific. There was some really stand out performances from each of the cast. I would have liked a bit more absurdity, it was almost too tame at parts. But it was damn good.
