Why he look so old?

He look like 50. His face has change so much since he was wrestling. It's all sunk in now. Is it just age or cosmetic surgery or harsh supplements?

Maybe because he is getting older. He's seems to be working and traveling a lot. And probably spends a lot of time in the sun which ages your face. He doesn't look like he had plastic surgery.

He looks way older than 42 though. I think it's because of how ripped they had him be. When people are that ripped they lose the fat in their face as well so they become more "hollowed out" if that makes sense. I have also heard that steroids make the person have a more hollow face.

actually when you are as large as the rock(naturally) you do not lose facial fat for one simple reason to naturally get that large you have to eat a *beep* tonne of food meaning any fat lost is instantly gained back

Rock's 42. Do you expect him to look exactly the same as he did in the mid 90's?

Good grief---of course he's aged, just like ALL of us eventually will as long as we live. Nothing weird about that----some people look better the older they get, and as far as I'm concerned, he still looks good and is as handsome as ever---and he's obviously let himself age naturally,unlike half the folks in Hollywood jacked up on plastic surgery and Botox. But then, he didn't originally come from Hollywood, so maybe that's why.

Maybe cos you are younger and he is older.

According to many (including my girlfriend) he has just got better looking with age. Do you expect him to stay young forever? Facially he looks good for 40 and physically he is envied by men from a wide range of ages.

He's far more "cut" than he ever was before. He looks like he is dehydrated a lot of the time. The trouble with having all the striations in your arms and legs showing all the time is that your face will look old as *beep*
