Getting through the whole series...

Alright. I'm gonna take a week or two to get through the entire series right before Dead Space two comes out. I'm not sure exactly what the chronology is but I think I'm going with this:

1. Dead Space Comic (Extraction comic?)
2. Dead Space: Downfall
3. Dead Space: Extraction
4. Dead Space
5. Dead Space 2 immidiately when it hits shelves.

Thoughts?

Question:

Dead Space 2 will hit the shelves with a Playstation import of Extraction. Will the Extraction import still include the comic like the Wii version did?

Question #2:

For all the people that have read it, is the Dead Space Extraction comic worth reading? Does it play a part in the story?

Question 1:
As a guess i'd imagine so. If the game is a port of the wii version id image it would have the same features.

Question 2:
The comics are definately worth reading. Some back story is given, and you'll recognise some events in the comic from audio logs and writeen logs from around the Ishimura and the colony. However if memory serves me correctly the necromorphs don't appear until the end of the series, and when they do not many of them are actualy shown being killed. But still well worth a look at if you want to understand chracter motives, the churchs motives and of course the uniontoligist beliefs. So yeah it plays a massive part in the story and i felt it was a better prequel than Downfall. Sorry i can't be of more help i kinda have to go somewhere now :D.
