I need the punisher, iron fist, deadpool, sentry, wonder-man, warpath , black panther, union jack and the game will be a bigger hit than crack in the 80's

Punisher and Sentry would be really fantastic.
The Hulk and Hawkeye/Ronin would be a new must.
I hope they keep Deadpool, Iceman, and Spider-Woman.
Scarlet Witch could have some cool things done with her. I really liked her "box" power in x-legends 2. And she's been both an X-man and avenger. Beast is another I'd like to see. Some form of Giant or Ant man.
Another x-man I would like to see would be a decent version of Cable.
I like the idea of Warpath but they should keep a small amount of mutants, not too many. I Really want another X-men Legends game but I don't think it sounds too likely.
Namor might be cool. May not though too if they screwed him up.
I think an x-force game would be really cool. Or a real X-men RPG in the style like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I think that'd be really fantastic. Start of with Prof X at the beginning maybe and start the original team.
Or start with Cyclops or Wolverine and have them find a new group of mutants for some randomly specified reason.

all of those you listed plus I wouldn't mind seeing Hulk(though I believe the first one had licensing disputes and the Hulk couldn't be in it or something) definitely the Punisher would be sweeeeet.
