I only played the first one on PS2, so playing it on PS3 is just insane with the graphic improvement. I love it...but HATE that I'm playing the same characters as the first. Doesn't feel like a sequel...more like continuation with less options and costumes.
Definitely a step down...sucks. Still fun though...just not as "WOW - GREATEST GAME EVER" like the first one was.

I enjoyed the game myself, but I do agree that it felt like a step down in all areas... less characters, less costumes, less abilities, less items to collect, less story, less levels... all around, this one is inferior. Still enjoyable, but I hope they get a clue and get Raven back on the next one.
shareah but all characters are unique in this game Where as in the first one Daredevil was Ghost Rider only with different skins etc.
They have taken the time this time around to make the characters feel like there own and not to mention this has a much more cinematic feel and experience to it.
I really like this game , they cut out about 20% of the spam from the first game and left us with a good solid beat em up with RPG elements.

I agree with theopener80.Its like a step backwards.Really enjoyed the the first one.Cant even bring myself to finish it because I lost interest.Characters do look great though.
