One way in which the original was better....

I haven't placed as pro-registration yet, but many of the levels are the same anyway...

In terms of appearance, the levels are just downright bland and mostly just look the same as each other. C'mon, the first game had Atlantis, Murderworld, Asgard, Hell (or whatever you want to call Mephisto's Lair).....this one just had a series of elevators and stairs with slightly differing backgrounds.

I concur!! MUA1 had so much depth in the locations, I mean swimming in Altanis was so much fun, in the sequel, the locations are so bland. The only decent ones were Wakanda and the Nanite Base, but even those weren't even that great compared to the locations in the first game.

Yeah I just finished this game and was totally disappointed in it.

Not nearly as good as the first or XML 2.

And it was ridiculously easy and short.

yeah didn't it also seem that it was a lot shorter than the first one? The powers and costumes were disappointing for some of them also. like in the first one you could create a shield for invisible woman but this one they only turn invisible instead of having her do both.

the locations kind of looked the same after awhile also and didn't like that you couldn't skip the loading parts and were forced to listen to the speeches. did anybody else get annoyed that if you were near death and brought in a new character they were also near death?did also annoy anybody?

I liked the game. But 1 was better and longer, and you had more than 4 powers to choose from. I still haven't unlocked Thor and Hulk yet.

"...insert corny quote here"

There was more and better character selection, especially when they released the downloadable characters there were tons more to play with.
