Excellent doc.


I got the DVD at Fan Expo 2008, and other than a few minor quibbles, this was well put together, entertaining, and enlightening (from the perspective of someone who only loosely follows pro-gaming).

Even if you're not into the pro-gaming scene this is a well constructed documentary that looks into this particular subset of video game players.

The only part that didn't work for me was the Guitar Hero section, which would have been better off cut out, and either put online as a promo piece, or used as an extra.

I saw this at MAGFest a couple of days ago. I thought it was a pretty good documentary, and I do agree with you about the Guitar Hero part. My main problem with it is that it sometimes felt too much like a 60 Minutes piece than a documentary.
