The first two seasons it's kinda funny the way he acts.
But then it starts to get real weird fast

He isnt acting that way to be funny, he is deadly serious.

Mild retardation???

And this is the guy who gets all the girls?
Especially the girl who makes fun of everyone. She would be the first to point out how stupid he is...

April was weird though - I was a lot more surprised and incredulous that someone like Ann ever went for him.

For anyone who is actually normal, he is not a partner, he is an enormous liability.
