So this is the end of Afro?

I guess it probably is.. When you watch this movie again & hear Ninja-ninja's words before his father kills him you can't help but wonder if that's perhaps a producers subtle hint.

We see Justice in the last scene hinting that he's been resurrected. What's the deal with this kid he choose to keep alive in the desert & passing on the Number 2 headband to him?

Didn't anyone listen to Shichigoro's story about how he obtained the Number 2 headband from his friend & how he softly said 'no more' before Afro killed him? how would that conflict with his 'so-called' fathers last words before he says 'fear not' as he must wear the banner to endless kill or be killed?

This leaves open suggestions as to what intentions Afro would hold for the future as the Number 1 headband bearer.. Why he would pass the headband onto a child with a revengeful hatred against him is beyond my knowledge.

When you think of all these things & how Afro has left the world in it's chaotic state it just so happens that 'Justice' is now apparently a buzz word that comes to mind..

maybe "Justice" will try to be exactly that....Justice since everyone "hates" Afro.....Justice may use this opportunity to get help while he has his own intentions on obtaining the #1 HB from Afro

I think there will be third one because in the end afro gave the #2HB to the boy
and told the boy to come to him when he is ready.

in an interview on the afro samurai:res. DVD, Okazaki(creator of a.samurai manga) says he'd like to expand the afro universe to stories including afro's father, justice and okiku. He was saying how there's so much more to keep drawing about that the universe can be massive.

so i guess the manga will still go on but will the anime keep happining? cant say

If there'll ever be a third anime installment or anything related to Afro Samurai, I'll definitely watch it.
