I loved Afro Samurai 1. I thought it was an amazing anime full of blood and awesome swordfights and cool samurai philosophy and great music. I bought the blu-ray, the game, and I watched it I don't know how many times.
Afro Samurai 2 is crap, total crap, poorly written and boring. "He is not even worthy to die by your erotic and wicked hands", "I've twisted the most twisted scientist in the world with my twistedness." Are you kidding? Who wrote this? Zero stars, total crap. Very dissapointed. If this was in theaters I would've walked out.

Yeah, the twisted quote you mentioned was disgusting. I'm hoping that, that quote was a failed joke.

I thought resurrection was more badass than the mini series, it had more action, more blood, and more gore
