I Hated Minka Kelly's Character

First of all, I think MK is gorgeous but not a good actress at all. I hate women like Sara. She gets the hot professor to like her, gets a boyfriend right away from a party, has a hot ex boyfriend that still wants her, and gets guys to buy her drinks at clubs. Also, she's 31 and not at all believable as an 18 year old college freshman nor is Cam G who has wrinkles on his face. The youngest I can see her play is maybe mid 20s. I say this as someone who is turning 28 soon.

She cancels plans she had with the boyfriend and with someone else which is rude. She was not very intelligent, and please, she had no idea her professor was into her? She practically eye f'ed him when she waited by the door, asked her to add her, and would talk to him in class. It seemed like she was coming on to him in the beginning because he did mention to her that there were 3 other classes open with the same topic and she was sad to not be taking his class?

Why are you being defensive? The OP was just expressing her thoughts. She's a fictional character in a movie. You're acting as if Sara were your sister.

I hated Sara too... but because Minka Kelly can't act. Plus she was dull.
You sound like you're jealous of her.

I didn't like the character she played. It was like she always expected everyone to bow down and worship her. Hated her.

a lot of beautiful and hot girls are like this. they get everything handed to them and are spoiled by guys who they date so then they expect the same treatment from everyone. it's one of the worst things about attractive girls. and they don't have to do this just because they get spoiled by everyone.

this happens all the time. and it's so inappropriate it's sick. it's like a man being with his daughter. kind of like trump with melania who is 24 years younger than him. now that is sick. the worst of all is mick jagger with a 30 something when he is 70 something. sorry for getting off topic but i hate it when i see a creepy guy with a girl 30 or 40 years younger than himself.

Minka kelly is a babe but she is a terrible actress. I don't like it when they cast someone so old to be a teenage. 21 should be the cut off for 16 and up.

if she really was 31 then that's fine because i dont' think she looks older than 20 years old in this movie and maybe 18. i mean this has been done for decades. look at mathew lillard's career. he joked about being 31 and playing an 18 year old. she looks really young in this movie, she looks 18 years old in this movie.
